I called with the simple question: How far out are you booking appointments to see physicians? Should be a simple answer but I was met with interruptions and argument from the receptionist. So rude!

I have been a patient of the ENT Speciality Group for a few years, and have seen both Dr. Chan & Dr. Schwartz. They are both incredible, caring & patient doctors. A special thanks to the office manager, Ella, for her compassion and always going above & beyond to help.

Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours for your 5 minute appointment . The patient ahead of me waited 3 hours for his. Every single time .

to follow up on my previous comment. following my negative review, i was contacted by the secretary, who seemed to be compassionate and was given an appointment in a few days. very glad finally to see the doctor and receive the professional help. it's nice of them to follow on the reviews and try to remidate.

I'm not the type of person that leaves reviews, but I think in the case of severe medical issues and poor services such as these, its important to share your experience. I got referred to this clinic back in September 2021 and was given an initial appointment in December 2021. I was new to Quebec (Canadian citizen with a health card from another province), and was expected to get my RAMQ a few days before the appointment. There ended up being a delay with my card, and when I called them to let them know it might come a day or so after my appointment, they told me they were going to have to charge me $500 for the appointment if I showed up without my RAMQ. I chose to reschedule as I do not have that kind of money, and they booked me for March 2022. I asked to be put on a cancellation list so that I could get in as soon as possible and explained the severity of my case: I had a tumour as a child in my left ear and was experiencing a chronic ear infection in said ear for months now. They told me they don't have a cancellation list and I'd just have to wait (in a very insensitive tone I might add). My March appointment comes around, and I test positive for COVID. When I called to tell them (during their office hours) it went to voicemail. I left a voicemail explaining my cancellation and asked them to call me back as soon as possible about rescheduling. Never received a call back. Does not seem eager to help those in need of their services. Very disappointing especially given the severity of the circumstances.

It's a busy private clinic. A lot of patients were refered by their family doctors to have quick diagnoses and cut down the wait time. Dr. Payne was very kind and the nurse and staff were very professional.

I want to complain about the reception. There is an old woman who is not respected and she is racist. She is arrogant and talks to you as if she is your boss. She must respect people and not be racist. Please dismiss her or warn her I hate this clinic and this is the first time I have been treated this way They are really rude and racist It is supposed to be an animal clinic

They have absolutely NO REGARDS for your time! My appointment was at 3:15 and I was finally seen by the doctor’s “fellow” an hour later! And after 5 mins with him, I had to wait again for another 20 mins to see the doctor!!

The doctors of the clinic are knowledgeable and highly skilled technicians. However, the secretaries are uncompetitive and rude... My communication with them on the phone or via email, left me with unanswered questions most of the times.I would also like to mention that, following my thyroid surgery, ENT charged me 75 dollars (without prior notice) to provide the disability claim form needed for my work insurrance/sick leave. As I was informed from my insurrance, this is a rare charge and could be actually waived, but that was not accepted by ENT.

I have been going to this clinic for 5 years. I am a patient of Dr. Payne & have also had a surgery with Dr. Forest. They are an incredible team!I am followed regularly with Dr. Tamilia and he's also great. I have yet to find any other doctor that cares as much as them. Truly dedicated medical professionals that know what they're doing and actually have empathy.The staff is incredible and are always quick to help out. Ella & Melissa are the friendliest receptionists you can ever ask for. My voicemails are always returned and Dr's even call me directly whenever its necessary.I think most people complaining are not from Quebec/Canada and are upset by the fees or are entitled people who are rude to the staff to begin with. Be nice and respectful to the people that work here and you will receive exceptional service in return!I can agree that fees are a bit high but then again it's because we have medicare that we don't know the true cost of medical tests. This clinic is a private clinic with exceptional doctors at the top of their fields. That warrants the expense.
